The questionsreaders actually send us

Short, plain answers with no marketing language in them.

18+

Adults only. Gold Coins never convert to cash. Free postal entry accepted at every brand listed. Helpline 1-800-522-4700.

Which balance can actually be withdrawn?

Only the promotional one, usually branded Sweeps Coins. It has to clear the play-through requirement and finish above the operator minimum. Gold Coins are redeemable for nothing at any American sweepstakes casino.

Do I have to buy coins?

No. Free postal entry is accepted at every brand we rank and those coins redeem on identical terms. Several operators also drop promotional coins into active accounts daily. It is slower than buying and it genuinely works, and we have taken a postal-only balance through to a payout before writing about it.

What is a realistic payout time?

Between roughly seven hours and four working days on our measurements, timed from a filed request on a verified account. The first one is slower everywhere because verification runs alongside it.

What does play-through actually require?

That the promotional balance be staked a set number of times before it unlocks. One-times on 50 SC means 50 SC of stakes in total, counted by stakes rather than wins, so a losing run does not stop you clearing it.

Why is there a minimum redemption?

Payment processors charge the operator per transfer, so a minimum stops withdrawals that cost more to send than they are worth. Minimums here run from 50 to 100 promotional coins, and a low one is worth more to most readers than a large welcome package.

Do bought coins pay better than free ones?

No. Every game runs identical mathematics regardless of how the coins arrived in the account. Buying gets you more spins in one sitting and changes nothing else whatsoever.

Is this legal in my state?

Washington is closed everywhere. Idaho, Michigan, Montana and Nevada are restricted at some operators. Everywhere else is generally open subject to age. Our state page carries the detail and the operator rules page is the final word.

Do you get paid for these links?

Some of them, yes. The rate is fixed before testing and never moves a score, several ranked brands pay us nothing, and no operator sees a review before it goes live.
