What this site is

Sweepstakes Zone USA publishes independent tests, reviews and comparisons of sweepstakes casinos available in the United States. There is no gaming service behind it. No stake is accepted here, no balance is held here and no redemption is processed here. Continuing to use the site means these terms apply to you.

How current the figures are

Everything published was accurate when it was measured, which is not the same claim as being accurate today. Operators revise packages, play-through requirements and minimums, and their cashiers speed up and slow down without announcing any of it. Where this site and an operator rules page disagree, the rules page governs and should be read before you register.

Who may use it

Adults of eighteen and over, with several operators requiring twenty-one no matter what a particular state permits. Whether an account opens for you is decided by the operator rather than by us, and nothing on these pages constitutes an offer of gaming services anywhere.

Commercial links

Certain outbound links pay a commission on registration. That fact is stated sitewide and repeated on individual pages. The rate is agreed before testing begins and it has never altered a position, a score or a sentence of a review.

Limits of responsibility

This is published information and nothing more. Losses arising from decisions you make after reading it, from how an operator behaves toward you, or from this site being unreachable, are not something we accept liability for. Your relationship with any casino is governed by your agreement with that casino alone.

Revisions

These terms get amended from time to time. Whatever is published on this page while you are using the site is the version in force.
